Claude is the AI assistant from Anthropic. In November 2026 they opened a plan aimed at teams of 5 to 50 people. The same technology the world's largest companies use, at a price that works for Swedish small businesses, with security and permissions built in from day one.

For Swedish companies this is the first time a serious business-grade AI plan is available at a reasonable price. Before, the choice was either to pay heavily for the Team plan, climb the Enterprise ladder, or let sensitive company data float around in personal ChatGPT accounts. Now you get full GDPR control and proper permissions without going the Enterprise route.

What is Claude for Small Business?

It's Anthropic's plan for small businesses, launched November 2026. It gives teams of 5 to 50 people Claude with team features, security, shared workspaces and a lower per-user price than the Team plan. We help you get started quickly and correctly.

What is included in 15,000 SEK?

The whole setup: the workspace, login, permissions, your own documents plugged in, 3 ready-made workflows, connection to Slack/Gmail/Drive and so on, a prompt library, 2 hours of live training for your team and 30 days of support. Fixed price, no hourly billing.

Is Anthropic's subscription included in the price?

No. You pay Anthropic separately for the Claude licences. The per-user price depends on the plan you pick. We only invoice the setup and training. We recommend a plan based on your team size during the first call.

How quickly can you start?

We normally have 1 to 2 weeks of lead time. From order to delivery we usually plan for 10 business days. Need to move faster? Get in touch, we sometimes have rush slots.

Is it safe for our business data?

Yes. Your prompts and replies are never used to train the model. We also set up permissions so Claude only sees what each user should see. GDPR-friendly, with EU data processing.

What happens if we want to cancel?

You own the workspace, your workflows and all content. No lock-in. The Anthropic subscription can be cancelled any time directly from their admin panel.

Do you offer support after the 30 days?

Yes. After the 30 days you can sign a simple monthly agreement starting at 2,500 SEK per month, or buy support per hour when needed. No obligation, your call.

Does it work for English or international teams?

Absolutely. We set up workflows and prompts in English, Swedish or both. Training can be in English. Many of our clients are international companies based in Sweden.

Are you a real Swedish company?

Yes. Studio 505 AB (org.nr 559578-9974) is a Swedish limited company, VAT registered (SE559578997401). We issue Swedish invoices with itemised 25 % VAT, payable via Bankgiro or Swish.

Do you work across all of Sweden?

Yes. We deliver the setup fully remote over Google Meet or Zoom, wherever in Sweden you are. We can also come on site when needed. The outcome is the same.
